Content Removal Policy (DMCA)

Important Notice: NexFlixy operates strictly as a movie and television show discovery catalog. We do not host, stream, upload, or store any video files, media, or movies on our servers. All movie profiles, posters, descriptions, and cast information are retrieved dynamically from public metadata providers, primarily The Movie Database (TMDB) API.

1. Catalog Scope & Hosting Clarification

Because NexFlixy does not host any video content, we cannot remove media files from the internet or from other hosting websites. If a movie or show is being streamed illegally elsewhere on the web, please contact the actual hosting provider or network distributor responsible for hosting that file.

2. Blacklisting Catalog Metadata

Although we do not host media, we take copyright and intellectual property rights very seriously. If you are a copyright owner or an authorized representative, and you wish to have a specific movie or television show's metadata and promotional poster blacklisted from appearing in our search results or discovery catalog, we will gladly accommodate your request.

There are two ways to remove content from our index:

  1. Remove from the Source (Recommended): Since we sync metadata directly with TMDB, any corrections, copyright claims, or takedowns processed on the TMDB platform will automatically sync and propagate to NexFlixy, removing the content from our catalog. You can contact TMDB directly to request modifications.
  2. Direct Blacklisting: If you prefer to block the title specifically on NexFlixy, you can submit a Content Removal Request directly to our support team, and we will manually blacklist the specific TMDB ID from being queried or displayed on our platform.

3. How to Submit a Copyright / Blacklist Request

To request a catalog block, please email us at support@nexflixy.online with the subject line "Content Removal Request" and include the following details:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or the title you wish to block.
  • The specific URL(s) on NexFlixy where the metadata is displayed (e.g., https://www.nexflixy.online/movie/12345-title).
  • Your contact information, including your name, company/organization, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

4. Turnaround Time

Upon receiving a valid and complete request containing all the information detailed above, our engineering team will process the blacklist block and remove the metadata page from our index within **24 to 48 hours**.
